Shipping
US Ammo Wholesale strives to fulfill orders quickly to provide our customers with prompt service. Most orders will be shipped the same day, however, on days with heavy volume, shipping may take slightly longer. We will do our best to expedite your order as quickly as possible. We offer an estimated delivery date through UPS or FedEx, this estimate is based on the shipping carriers transit time.
All orders must be sent to a physical address. In accordance with the Federal Law, ammunition cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.
US Ammo Wholesale complies with all Local, State, and Federal Government restrictions. Shipping to restricted areas is not permitted. The purchaser is responsible for knowing his or her own local/state laws before the purchase. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to comply with all Local, State, and Federal Laws.
Age Restrictions
Federal law (18 USC 922(b)(1), 27 CFR 478. 99(b)) requires that you must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition. It is up to the customer to know local laws and obey them, by purchasing ammunition or magazines you certify that you are old enough to purchase them under the laws both locally and federally.
Shipping Restrictions
US Ammo Wholesale is a big proponent of the second amendment and as such it pains us to not be able to ship ammo to certain States and Cities. Please see below for shipping restrictions based on your state.
Alaska: No ammunition.
Washington, DC: No magazines over 10 rounds.
Hawaii: No ammunition, no magazines over 10 rounds.
Massachusetts: With emailed picture of LTC Permit, no magazines over 10 rounds.
California: Must be shipped to an FFL or Licensed Ammunition Vendor, no tracer ammunition, no magazines over 10 rounds. For a list of California FFLs we have shipped to in the past, click Here.
When checking out, please enter the shipping information for the FFL of your choice. Enter your first and last name, in the “company” field write in the name of the FFL then enter the address for the FFL with your phone number so they can contact you if needed. On the payment page, click “Use a different billing address” and enter your name and address.
Tracer Ammunition is considered a Destructive Device, firing or owning Tracer Ammunition in California is a Felony.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the FFL to make sure they will accept delivery. If they refuse delivery and the ammunition is returned to us, we will charge the customer the “Return to Shipper” fee AND the cost to reship to a new FFL.
Connecticut: With emailed picture of Pistol Permit, no magazines over 10 rounds.
Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds.
Illinois: With emailed picture of Illinois Firearms Owner Identification Card, no rifle mags over 10 rounds, no pistol magazines over 15 rounds. No magazines over 10 rounds to Chicago.
Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds.
New Jersey: With emailed NJ Firearms Purchaser ID Card, no magazines over 10 rounds.
New York: Must be shipped to an FFL or Licensed Seller of Ammunition.

New York City: Ammunition orders must be shipped to an FFL, no magazines over 10 rounds.
Returns
All sales are final. US Ammo Wholesale cannot take back ammunition once it has left our facility and has been in the hands of the public.
In the unlikely event your shipment is damaged in transit or your package contains the wrong items, your claim must be reported to US Ammo Wholesale within 7 days from receipt of the shipment. Any claims outside the 7 days will be considered void and the sale will be final.
If your package is damaged during shipping a claim will be filed with the shipper and a refund or replacement will be issued once the claim investigation has concluded.
Cancellation
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled. If an order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order when the Terms and Conditions have not been complied with. In the event that an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued, minus a 6% re-stocking fee.
